The Go-Go's - We Got The Beat

Before Belinda Carlisle became a sexy solo artist who even appeared in a Playboy spread, she was the chubby lead singer of the ground breaking all-girl band the Go-Go's. Their biggest hit was 1982's We Got The Beat, which peaked at #2 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts. They made rock history as the first all-girl band that both wrote their own songs and played their own instruments to top the Billboard album charts. Enjoy!
